Information collected

The form may collect your name, email address, telephone number, stay dates, number of guests and the content of your message.

When you open the 3CX browser calling or chat tool, technical information needed to establish the connection may be processed, including the IP address, communication time and any information you choose to provide. A telephone number is not required for a browser call.

After you consent to advertising measurement, Google Ads may process technical visit data, including the page URL and cookie identifiers. The website does not send your name, email address, telephone number or the content of your enquiry to this tag.

Why the information is used

It is used to check and answer the enquiry, prepare an offer and, if accepted, manage the pre-contractual and contractual relationship for the stay. It is not sold and is not used for marketing without your consent.

Recipients and retention

Information is shared only with Villa Avvenenza and technical providers strictly necessary for the service, including OpenAI for hosting, FormSubmit for enquiry delivery and 3CX for browser calls and chats. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are retained for no more than three years after the last exchange unless another legal duty applies. Booking records are retained for the periods required by applicable accounting and tax law.

With your consent to advertising measurement, Google also receives the technical data needed to measure the results of Google Ads campaigns.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restricted processing of your information and object to processing where permitted by law. Email contact@villas-avvenenza.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies

The website uses browser local storage to remember your chosen language and cookie preferences. You can accept or refuse Google Ads advertising measurement and the 3CX tool independently. Your consent choices are stored for 183 days.

Google Maps is built into the Location section. The 3CX call and messaging tool remains disabled until you agree to use it. The Google Ads tag loads only after you consent to advertising measurement. Before you consent, or if you refuse, no Google Ads cookies are set and no data is sent to Google Ads.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website’s pages. Withdrawing consent disables advertising measurement for subsequent visits and actions. Refusing Google Ads does not prevent you from browsing the website or submitting a stay enquiry.
