Information collected
The form may collect your name, email address, telephone number, stay dates, number of guests and the content of your message.
Why the information is used
It is used to check and answer the enquiry, prepare an offer and, if accepted, manage the pre-contractual and contractual relationship for the stay. It is not sold and is not used for marketing without your consent.
Recipients and retention
Information is shared only with Villa Avvenenza and technical providers strictly necessary to host the site and deliver the form, including OpenAI for hosting and FormSubmit for enquiry delivery. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are retained for no more than three years after the last exchange unless another legal duty applies. Booking records are retained for the periods required by applicable accounting and tax law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restricted processing of your information and object to processing where permitted by law. Email contact@villas-avvenenza.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies
The site does not place advertising cookies. The embedded Google map may exchange technical information with Google when you view the Location section. If analytics is enabled later, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.
