Information collected

The form may collect your name, email address, telephone number, stay dates, number of guests and the content of your message.

When you open the 3CX browser calling or chat tool, technical information needed to establish the connection may be processed, including the IP address, communication time and any information you choose to provide. A telephone number is not required for a browser call.

Why the information is used

It is used to check and answer the enquiry, prepare an offer and, if accepted, manage the pre-contractual and contractual relationship for the stay. It is not sold and is not used for marketing without your consent.

Recipients and retention

Information is shared only with Villa Avvenenza and technical providers strictly necessary for the service, including OpenAI for hosting, FormSubmit for enquiry delivery and 3CX for browser calls and chats. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are retained for no more than three years after the last exchange unless another legal duty applies. Booking records are retained for the periods required by applicable accounting and tax law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restricted processing of your information and object to processing where permitted by law. Email contact@villas-avvenenza.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies

The website does not place advertising cookies and currently uses no audience analytics. Browser local storage is used only to remember your chosen language and your decision about the 3CX tool.

Google Maps is built into the Location section. The 3CX call and messaging tool remains disabled until you agree to use it. Your 3CX choice is stored for no longer than six months.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website’s pages. If another non-essential tool is introduced, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before it is enabled.
