Villa Avvenenza offers a rare combination in Porto-Vecchio: a quiet, leafy setting with quick access to the town centre, local shops and the beaches.

This fully air-conditioned, single-storey home has a spacious open-plan living area, a well-equipped kitchen and three suites, each with its own bathroom and private terrace. The 2,000 m² grounds are fully enclosed and entered through an electric gate.

Facing south, the terrace has a private heated saltwater pool, sun loungers, an outdoor lounge and a shaded dining area. Mature planting preserves the villa’s privacy and calm; birdsong is often the only background sound.

Location & shops

Is the villa genuinely close to Porto-Vecchio centre?

Yes. Porto-Vecchio town centre is about five minutes away by car. Restaurants, shops and several supermarkets are all within a short drive; the Upper Town market is held on Sunday mornings. Cala Verde beach is around seven minutes away, Santa Giulia fifteen minutes and Palombaggia approximately twenty minutes.

Capacity

Is the villa comfortable for six guests?

Yes. Six guests share three proper suites, each with a bathroom and private terrace. Two rooms can be arranged as one king-size bed or two singles; the third has a fixed queen-size bed.

Pool

Is the pool completely private?

Yes. The 10 × 3.5 metre saltwater pool is reserved solely for villa guests. It is secured and can be heated outside peak summer.

Direct booking

How does direct booking work?

Send us your dates, contact details and an optional message. We check availability and reply personally. If the villa is available, you receive a tailored offer followed by a rental agreement through a private link. It can be signed electronically with a one-time code sent by email. No payment is taken when you submit the enquiry.

Pets

Are pets welcome?

Yes, by prior arrangement. The 2,000 m² grounds are fully enclosed and the entrance has an electric gate. Please mention your pet in the enquiry so we can prepare for your arrival.

Arrival & parking

Is parking easy at the villa?

Yes. Private parking is available inside the enclosed grounds. Entry is through an electric gate, the villa is entirely single-storey and a member of the team welcomes you on arrival.
